Author Notes: Wine spritzers usually go hand-in-hand with summer, but this one is good all year. It couldn’t be simpler to put this together. With the plum wine so sweet on its own, it only needs some soda bubbles and citrus to do the rest. —Caroline Choe
Serves 2
- 1/2cup plum wine
- 3/4cup seltzer water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- pinches lemon slices for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Combine plum wine, seltzer, and lemon juice into a small serving pitcher, and stir.
- Pour over ice cubes in wine glasses, garnish with lemon slices, and serve!
